By accessing or using GaitIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GaitIQ is a general wellness application that tracks movement and cognitive health signatures using your phone's motion sensors. GaitIQ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GaitIQ. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using GaitIQ, you grant us a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

GaitIQ offers a free tier and a paid subscription (GaitIQ Pro). Subscription pricing and features are described in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the app, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to access other users' data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GaitIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health insights will be accurate or complete. GaitIQ is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GaitIQ.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
